DVB-T2 USB Dongle
A 1st generation, DVB-T2, high performance USB Dongle.
Powered by the 2600 DMIPS Integrated Processor, 128MB DDR3 and 16MB Flash, the unit provides USB 2.0 type C interface which connects to an external Android/RDK/Linux based smart devices including STBs, Smart TVs, PCs, tablets and so on. It makes these devices capable of playing DVB programs from these smart devices.
EKTs own “Liquid” middleware has been used with features including channel search, storage for 1000+ TV and radio programs, and 7-day EPG. Dongle Liquid middleware manages DVB SI programs information based on DVB standards, and it generates Json based programs metadata and shares them with USB connected smart devices. It supports external APP to play DVB stream via USB.
DTS7914 supports various secure CAS systems.
DTS7914 supports DVB OTA and USB software update. and it is designed in a nice compact dongle housing featured with 2 LED indicators.
